For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks and cash.
All daycare and overnight care is pre-paid on the first day of use.
Daycare
Because we limit the number of pups in our play groups to assure every dog has a safe and fun day, reservations for daycare are required. Clients can reserve specific standing weekdays, or call ahead at (630) 231-2600 to reserve daycare. Drop off times are Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 10:00 am.
Full Days
- 10 day package $290 ($29/day)
- 20 day package $520 ($26/day)
- per visit payment $35/day
Half Days
- Per visit payment $30/day (up to 5 hours)
Overnight Boarding
Prices include daycare and overnight care per night. All boarding stays are made by reservation by calling (630) 231-2600.
- First 5 nights $45/night
- Nights 6+ during the same stay $43/night
- Holiday rate $50/night
Holidays include Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Spring Break (typically the last week of March)
Holiday Boarding Policy
Because we keep our numbers low to make every dog’s experience a safe and happy one at Hightails, we require a credit card on file for each boarding stay with a non-refundable deposit paid for the amount equal to 50% of the reserved stay total, paid by at least 14 days prior to check in. The balance is payable at the time of check in.
